Psychotherapeutic counselling in Brighton & Hove and online.

A warm welcome.

I’m Ayndrilla (An-drill-ah, she/her), a humanistic psychotherapeutic counsellor and a member of the BACP offering sessions in Brighton & Hove and online.

My aim is to provide a safe and comfortable space where you can bring whatever is on your mind. I will be alongside you as we try to make sense of some of the challenges that come with being human and in doing so, begin the journey towards a deeper feeling of balance.

I have over ten years of experience working in the charity sector with women experiencing domestic and gender-based violence. I work in a way that is trauma-informed, meaning that I have an understanding of the nature of trauma and its impact. My approach to counselling is humanistic, meaning that I believe you are the expert in your own experience.

My areas of interest are anxiety, illness, parenting and identity. I have experience of living between cultures and how that can affect your sense of who you are. My background is in literature and creative writing so I believe that words can be powerful and even healing.

I stand in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community, welcome people of all sexual identities and strive to work in a way that is anti-oppression.

If you are interested in sessions with me, please message me using the form on this site. I will get in touch with you to set up a no-obligation introductory session at a reduced cost.
